SPEC (giganticaerulea), 36" (91 cm), M.S. light purplish-blue (ISCC-NBS); style arms very light purplish-blue tips, darker blade with greenish yellow midrib; F. light purplish-blue, darker below signal, thin brilliant greenish-yellow signal with a few white splashes. Collected I. giganticaerulea, Matagorda County, Texas.
